Hello.
I'm James Wilson, and this is my homepage.
I love developing new ideas and making things, so it seemed a good idea to make myself a website to share some of what I have been up to.
My core interests are in artificial intelligence — specifically biologically inspired learning and evolutionary systems — and more generally in coming up with clever algorithms. I picked up a degree in cognitive science, and later a PhD in developmental robotics doing exactly that. Since then, I've gotten into this web development lark, which lets me write about things I find interesting and turn them into small applications.
Have a look around, and happy browsing.
